The America for Christ Offering is a significant source of funding for this work.  Only with the continuing generosity of mission-minded American Baptists can National Ministries and American Baptist regions provide the resources that have changed lives through Christ-centered caring and sharing.

Home Mission on our Doorstep.  The following are some ways in which mission on our doorsteps takes place:

▪ Through Volunteers in Mission folks, like us, give of their time, talents, resources, and compassion urged by the love of Christ.

▪ Through refugee resettlement ministries we welcome the "strange in the land" urged on by the love of Christ.

▪ Through evangelism ministries we share the good news of God's amazing love urged on by the love of Christ.

▪ Through chaplaincy and pastoral counseling ministries we offer comfort, counsel, and care for others at home and abroad urge on by the love of Christ.

▪ Through the Children in Poverty initiative we reach out to care for our precious children as Christ did urged on by His love.

▪ Through Youth ministries we nurture and support our young people, our future leaders, and witnesses to their future generation urged on by Christ's love.
