The 73rd Festival of Carols held on Sunday, December 11 at 5:00 p.m. again presented the joyous message of Jesus’ coming and birth with great celebration. Special thanks to Mr. Richard Freeman-Choir Director, Ms. Rosalind Mohnsen- Organist, Rev. Martha Dominy and members of FBC, Malden Diaconate, and the Sanctuary choir of FBC, Malden for preparing and serving refreshments. Fourteen (14) choirs of various churches including the Alumni Members of Malden High School Choral Art Society sang Christmas Carols with G. F. Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus” concluding the program.
Special Thanks to the First Lutheran, Malden Ukulele Choir, Global Ark Baptist Church and Casa de Fe y Alabanza for their special numbers that made the event a memorable one.
