▪ Teaching Ministry through Sunday School, Bible Study, and Vacation Bible School
▪ Institutional Support Program which includes the Andover Newton Theological School, Campus Ministry, Bacone College, Ocean Pines Retirement Home, Hopi Indian School in Arizona, and Rainbow Acres
▪ The Seafarer's Friend that ministers to the needs of sailors  from around the world whose ships are docking in the New England area.
▪ Coffee Hour and refreshment ministry every Sunday
▪ Yearly Scholarship Program for First Baptist Church of Malden students
▪ Financial and Prayer support to various institutions, namely, Massachusetts Mission Fund, Grotonwood, Oceanwood, Special Needs Ministries, The Way Up, Massachusetts Baptist Charitable, Massachusetts Council of Churches, Northern Baptist Educational Society, and Mission Honduras
