WHEN: Sunday morning, July 30 – 10:30 AM

  • For those who want to sing in the choir, a rehearsal will be held at 9:30 AM.
  • Following the 10:30 service, space will be provided for us to enjoy lunch together.
  • All are welcomed to stay, following lunch, to enjoy the grounds for as much of the day as desired.

WHERE: The Hedding Campground (a Methodist Campground) in Epping New Hampshire

  • Directions to the camp are on the back of this flier.
  • Putting “Hedding Camp Epping” into the search feature in the Google Maps or WAZE app on a smart phone will enable you to get real time, turn-by-turn directions as you drive.
  • The trip from Malden can take between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes. Allow for 90 minutes in order to be sure you arrive on time.
  • There is a 75 cent cash toll each way of the journey.
  • Keep in mind, that should you leave for home later in the day, and the weather be good, that your trip home may be prolonged by traffic returning from camping and the beaches. Allow for more time.
  • If you get lost on the way and need help finding the camp, although you most likely will not – you can call Phil Conti (617-285-9039) or Pastor Gary (857-287-8134) for help.

TRANSPORTATION:

  • If you are planning to drive and have at least one space in your vehicle for someone who might need a ride…
    • Contact Pastor Gary by phone, text or email. (Identify yourself in your messages) 857-287-8134 or gmcclenthen@aol.com
    • Let him know how many spaces you will have available.
    • Let him know if you plan to arrive in time for the pre-service choir rehearsal or if you are planning, rather, to arrive in time just for the service.
    • The pastor will return your message prior to the 30th to let you know if your empty seat(s) are needed.
    • Plan to bring a cooler with some ice in your vehicle for any riding with you to keep lunches cool until we enjoy our meal together.
