Rev. Ryan del Rio was born and raised in Chelsea, MA. by his parents Santos del Rio and Maria Rivera. As a second-generation Puerto Rican, Ryan grew up in a Roman Catholic household, but had no real desire of serving the Lord. By God’s grace, all of that changed when Ryan received the Lord at age 20. Since then, Ryan grew in his faith and service to Christ, serving as a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Chelsea since 2012 until being ordained as an Elder in 2019.
Rev. del Rio and his wife Waldina have been blessed in their marriage of 20 years and are the proud parents of their son, Cairo, and daughter, Ella. As a bi-vocational pastor, Ryan works as a compliance officer in the financial services industry, and in his spare time loves cooking, while being a diehard Patriots and Celtics fan.
