Minister Robyn Mars. July 3, 2022

Minister Robyn Monique Mars is Associate Minister at First Baptist Church in Saugus. Also, she works as the Communications Coordinator for The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts (TABCOM). Currently she serves as Trustee and as President of the Media Ministry, handling such things as the newsletter, website and social media. She also teaches Sunday School and Bible Study and is active in the Women’s Ministry, the Senior Choir and the Praise Team.

Additionally, Minister Mars volunteers at Hagar’s Sisters, a non-profit, faith-based, Domestic Violence organization, that offers holistic services that empower women to find healing and a new healthy way of life that is free from abuse. She has served on the Board of Directors for Ruth’s Way for Women as Secretary and Website Developer. She currently serves as the Assistant Treasurer for the United Baptist Convention of MA, NH & RI and as the Graphic Designer for their Missions Team. She also serves as Web Developer and Clerk for the Baptist Minsters Conference of Boston.

Minister Mars attended the Katharine Gibbs School, Northeastern University, Cambridge College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, MA. Currently, she is furthering her studies in Biblical education at the TABCOM School of Ministry. She has been blessed to be employed at the Boston Children’s Hospital where she serves as a Sr. Administrative Associate in the Department of Neurology.

The Lord has blessed her with two daughters, Chantalle and Chandra, and four grandchildren, Cherai, Jamaurie, Chyle’ and Michael. She was born and raised in Malden, Massachusetts where she currently resides.

There are many Scriptures that touch her heart but the ones that stand out are: Psalm 40, Romans 5 and Philippians 4:13.
