PSALM 133- “How good and pleasant it is
when God’s people live together in unity!
It is like precious oil poured on the head,
running down on the beard,
running down on Aaron’s beard,
down on the collar of his robe.
It is as if the dew of Hermon
was falling on Mount Zion.
For there the Lord bestows his blessing,
even life forevermore.”
While our two congregations are still “two” – we have certainly experienced being of ONE heart this past weekend. This pastor has been blown away by the love, support and tangible expressions of compassion that have been pouring out from the brothers and sisters of both the First Baptist Church and the Maplewood Baptist Churches of Malden. There is family, spending countless hours inside the walls of a Boston hospital, that have felt the power of your prayers and the embrace of your love. Keep praying… Don’t stop!
I wanted to make you all aware of opportunities upcoming for growth and ministry. Get connected. You’ll be glad you did!
